7. How often do you have family reunions?
8. Is there an expectation that family reunions will occur on a regular basis?
9. Is there a committee consisting of different generations and genders that hail from different geographical areas that are
involved in the planning of your family reunions?
10. Does your family have a historian who is a custodian for the family archives?
11. Does your family have a resource database with contact information and resumes on all
of the adult members?
12. How do you currently keep track of your family members?
13. Is there a family member who regularly keeps in contact with other family members?
14. Is your average family per capita income over forty thousand dollars a year?
15. Does your family have a biography that tells the family story?
16. Does your family have an individual or group who has been formally identified as its leader?
17. Has your family incorporated as a non-profit organization?
18. Does your extended family have a family trust fund that is used for building wealth?
19. What percentage of the family has graduated from college?
20. Does your family have a charter with a mission and vision statement?
21. Does your family have its own traditions that all its members honor?

43. What is the most common occupation found in your family?
44. What percentage of your family is unemployed?
45. What percentage of your family owns a business?
46. Please describe what you think might improve your overall family experience.
After analyzing this data, Save the Family Institute will prepare a profile of your family. If the family desires, the profile will be used to develop a Strategic Plan that is custom designed to maximize the family's operating proficiency.
