What is Save the Family Institute?
Save the Family Institute (STFI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rebuilding families and restoring the importance of family in American life. What are your guiding beliefs? Our guiding beliefs are: (1) Everything we become starts with our families. (2) Family formation is key in starting out on the right foot. If you consciously decide to expand your family, you are going to prepare emotionally, financially, and psychologically for the addition to the family. Where is STFI located? We are located in Gwinnett County, just outside of Atlanta, GA. What programs does STFI offer? Family Leadership Training, Abstinence for teens and pre-teens, Parenting Assessments, Darkness To Light What can STFI do for my family? Save the Family Institute can give you practical suggestions for resolving many of the challenges your family may be facing. Look at the information on the website. You may find tips, suggestions, techniques and resources to answer your question. Does Save the Family give financial assistance? Unfortunately, no. We can't give financial assistance directly. We act as a referral service for families and individuals experiencing crisis. We maintain an extensive database of organizations and agencies that do give assistance to families in crisis. How do I get referrals from STFI? Call our office, tell us what type of resources you are seeking, such as housing, help with utilitities, medical or counseling service, and we will research our database to make appropriate referrals. Do you have a newsletter? Yes. A new issue is sent out via email every two months. The newsletter features articles pertinent to the family, as well as three regular Health & Wellness columns. To subscribe, send an email to info@savethefamilyinstitute.org requesting a subscription to the newsletter. How can I keep up to date with STFI's activities? Check the Events page of our website often. As events are added to our calendar, we will post them there. How can I support Save the Family? There are a number of ways you can support Save the Family and the work we do. You can donate to us online through PayPal here. As we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations are tax deductable. Another way to assist us financially is to buy any of the books or artwork available on our online store.
