Stress

It is said that Americans have too much stress.  Scientists have discovered that stress actually changes the physical structure and chemistry of your brain. This can lead to lifelong disability.  Stress also has an adverse effect on your physical health.  Surveys show that more than half of all Americans feel they are under a great deal of stress. We differ in how we handle stress but it is a regular experience for all of us. 

Researchers say a certain amount of stress is normal and helpful, but chronic stress can lead to serious ailments.  While we determine if the stress we are experiencing is normal or obsessive, it may be worthwhile to employ some techniques to relieve the biological effects stress can have on us.
