 Part 1     - Self-esteem
                   Participants assess their level of self-esteem and explore ways to improve their self image.
 
 Part 2     - Setting Goals
                   Participants learn the importance of having goals in place.  They are given an opportunity to set
                   one short term goal, one mid-range goal and one long range goal.
 
 
 Part 3     - Self-sufficiency
                   Participants learn what it means to be self-sufficient.
 
 Part 4     - Healthy Relationships
                   Participants are given the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships and suggestions
                   for keeping friendships and peer relationships in proper prospective.
 
 
 Part 5     - The "Myth" of Safe Sex
                   Information is shared regarding the ineffectiveness of condoms for preventing pregnancy and
                   disease, as well as the inability to guard one's emotions from the pain of early sexual encounters.
 
 Part 6     - Physical Health 
                   Transmission of STD's
 
 Part 7     - Physical Health
                   Pregnancy, Out-of-wedlock Births / Adoption - Terminations
 
 Part 8     - Physical/Emotional/Societal Effects (Consequences) of Early Sexual Experimentation /
                  Benefits of Abstienence

                   Take a closer look at the physical and emotional consequences of teen mothers, the affect on
                   the children, the loss of options and the resources that are utilized to sustain the life of teen 
                   mothers and their young.
 
 Part 9     - Communication & Influences
                  
Participants are encouraged to examine their mode of dress, communication style and the  
                   influence of media and fads.
 
 Part 10   - Recognizing & Understanding Sexual Grooming & Developing Proper Responses and
                  Defenses

                  
Explore the sexual con games often used to coax young people into sexual situations and how to avoid
                   becoming a victim.
 
 Part 11   - Alcohol & Drugs Affect Decision Making Ability
                  
Information is shared about alcohol and recreational drug use can lead to bad decisions, date
                   rape, and loss of control.
 
 Part 12   - Exercising Your Options / Being In Control
                  
Keeping your options open by controlling your actions.
